You can reset your Skills Base password by following these steps:
- Navigate to your organization's Skills Base instance by using your organization's shortcut link. If you don't know your organization's shortcut link, see I can't find my organization's shortcut link.
 - On the login form that is presented click "Help logging in"
 - Click "I forgot my password"
 - Enter your email address
 - Follow the instructions that are sent to you via email to complete the process
 
You will not be able to reset your password if:
- You don't have an account in this Skills Base instance.
 - Your account was created via Single Sign On.  If this is the case contact your organization's IT support team to reset your password.
 - The email address on your account is flagged as "bounced". This will be the case if Skills Base attempted to send you an email in the past which bounced.
 - Login for your account is disabled. This can be the case if an administrator in your organization disabled your account, or a password has never been set on your account.
