You can reset your Skills Base password by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to your organization's Skills Base instance by using your organization's shortcut link. If you don't know your organization's shortcut link, see I can't find my organization's shortcut link.
  2. On the login form that is presented click "Help logging in"
  3. Click "I forgot my password"
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Follow the instructions that are sent to you via email to complete the process


You will not be able to reset your password if:

  • You don't have an account in this Skills Base instance.
  • Your account was created via Single Sign On.  If this is the case contact your organization's IT support team to reset your password.
  • The email address on your account is flagged as "bounced".  This will be the case if Skills Base attempted to send you an email in the past which bounced.
  • Login for your account is disabled.  This can be the case if an administrator in your organization disabled your account, or a password has never been set on your account.
