You should now have your system set up at a basic level and can start assessing!

For some organisations, this is enough to meet their needs and they can now go off and start using the system and getting the great insights that Skills Base provides.

Skills Base has a default set up that selects the most common settings to start with. However, Skills Base is a very powerful and sophisticated platform, and you’ll find there are a range of things you can do via the system configuration.

Before we go any further, please remember that this section is OPTIONAL. You don’t need to do anything here unless you want to start experimenting with more advanced system functions. If you are happy to accept the defaults, then you can simply skip to Step 4. Training. You can always revisit this section later.
