Skills Base requires billing details when purchasing or renewing a license. Only one set of billing details can be entered and these details will be used on any receipt or invoice that Skills Base issues. The following details are collected and stored: 


  • Contact name
  • Country - May be used to determine your liability to sales taxes
  • Email address - The address that billing notifications, invoices, receipts and other correspondence relating to billing matters are sent to
  • Company name
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip/Postal code


When purchasing a license via our sales team, Skills Base staff will typically enter the billing details for you upon a license purchase, based on the information you provide on your order form. Customers purchasing a license via self-service (credit card) will be prompted to enter billing details during the purchasing process.


Administrators can update billing details at any time via the [Administration > Billing] menu in Skills Base. Customers paying by credit card can also update credit card details via this screen.
